Mr. Morse

Mr. Morse practices family law and is experienced in all types of cases involving matrimonial problems, paternity, divorce, legal separation, child custody and visitation. Mr. Morse has represented clients successfully in domestic abuse cases, and prepared and contested antenuptial agreements. His experience as a Special Assistant Attorney General in Illinois gives him a background in child/spousal support and paternity matters. He is a trained and experienced family law mediator and has extensive background in cases where the abuse of substances has been a factor in family problems. As an outgrowth of his experience with families with substance abuse problems, Mr. Morse has also represented treatment professionals and others in the substance abuse treatment community. He also assists clients in criminal matters that may arise from family and/or substance problems.
